Traditional Format Toon Cannon OTK Deck

So I was looking around at various possible decks that would be a different style to my current 'test/fun' deck that focuses around Black Ptera, Ultimate Offering, and Toon Cannon Soldier.

I found this idea online and decided to try it out on DN. It.....failed miserably, as one might guess.

First, several cards are now currently limited that weren't before.

Second, it took most of the initial duel for me to really comprehend what the deck's purpose was other than mill the crud out of itself.

Here's the deck as I originally sought to try it:

Deck Total: 40

Here're my changes, based on DN and whatnot along with just trying things out.

+1 Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude
+1 Destiny Hero - Plasma
-2 Destiny Draw
-2 Allure of Darkness
-1 Reinforcement of the Army
+1 Destiny Hero - Dunker
+2 Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer.

I.....personally am this close to scrapping the idea entirely, but if possible, I'd really like to make this a viable Traditional Style deck.

I get that the focus is on Spell Economics, Dimension Fusion being recycled by Dark Magician of Chaos, and Toon Cannon Soldier's effect popping him for a rinse-repeat-win formula, but it doesn't really....seem to flow well.

Thoughts? Comments? Llamas?

I've seen this deck work before but I think you have way too many spells. I think monster gate and a few magical merchants will help.
